Earth Day 2023

April is Earth month, and Intedrnational Earth Day is celebrated the 22nd of April.

As a place of beauty and wellness, we’d like to share some ideas to changeup your routine and be more environmentally friendly, not just this month, but every day because earth month should truly be a lifelong thing!

  • Have no wash days. By doing this you can save hundreds of gallons of water. Giving your hair a wash break not only preserves the natural oils, but also saves water! For days you are not washing, check out one of our dry shampoos.
  • Use sustainable products and seek out companies that prioritize sustainability.
  • Recycle your empty products. (Did you know we participate with Green Circle Salon. Bring your products in and let us recycle them for you and get 5% aff your next product purchase. Not to be included with other promotions)
  • Rethink your beauty products. For example are you currently using face wipes to remove your makeup? Did you know most of those products are not biodegradable, and end up in landfills? Consider switching to a makeup eraser that you can just pop in the washer.

We wanted to take a moment to highlight our incredible staff and their talent!

This Beautiful Blonde Bob was done by the very talented, new Mom, Erin. Erin is constantly learning new techniques to try on her guests. She is also back from maternity leave full time and accepting new guests!

This stylist transformation was created by stylist Mya. Mya is known for her creativity and major transformation. Conversations are also a blast when your in her chair!

Our Up and Coming Artist, Alex, is working very hard learning all the techniques she’s going to need once she’s on the floor at the end of Summer. She currently taking live models for her in salon training. If interested please call the salon to take advantage now!
