Nicole spent ten years as a hairstylist expressing her passion for fashion and beauty before co-founding The Factory in 2019.
Her extensive experience and dedication to continuing education has enable Nicole to develop masterful skills in cutting and coloring. She is particularly passionate about creating innovative cuts that push boundaries while embodying classic forms.
When not behind the chair, Nicole is busy with two boys, her fiancé Adam, and pushing herself at the gym.
